Processing Time

Orders placed on weekdays are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, often the same day.

Orders placed on weekends will ship the following Monday.

Lost Packages

If tracking information shows that your package was never delivered, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms delivery but the package is stolen, replacements are not guaranteed.

In special cases, with proof and approval from our team, a replacement may be issued at our discretion.
