Refund policy

Proper Use Required

Refunds are only available if the product has been used according to the provided instructions.

For example, our teas must be prepared with water heated to near-boiling, not fully boiled. Incorrect preparation that affects product performance is not eligible for a refund.

Return of Product

Any unused portion of the product must be returned to us before a refund can be issued.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless we authorize otherwise.

Exceptions In some cases, we may allow you to keep the product or cover the return shipping cost at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for products that were damaged or misused outside of the provided guidelines.

Process

To request a refund, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and confirmation of how the product was used.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
